ASICS GEL-1130 “Larimar Blue / Pure Silver” – 1203A609-400
The ASICS GEL-1130 pays homage to the ninth iteration of the GEL-1000 series, bringing the late-2000s stability runner into modern rotation. This “Larimar Blue / Pure Silver” edition (1203A609-400) features a breathable aqua blue mesh base layered with silver synthetic leather overlays, while glossy black Tiger Stripes and black detailing add sharp contrast. A white midsole houses GEL cushioning, grounded by a black rubber outsole for traction .
Rearfoot GEL technology delivers shock absorption and lasting comfort, while the TRUSSTIC support system preserves the stability that defined the original 2008 runner. At least 20% of the upper‘s synthetic leather is made with recycled materials, and the sockliner uses a solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by about 45% .
